新世纪LED网记者：贵司在电源的高可靠性、提升电源品质方面有何经验之谈?(包括产品可靠性设计、IC方案供应商选择、测试、产品质量管控等)

　　By Jean : From my experience, once you design any new driver you always need to think about if you can make next generation based on this design, at the same time you have to think about if it is a reasonable design for the manufacturing side to ensure the quality of each product. For selecting IC supplier, what I’ve learned is that it is always better to develop a good cooperation than just randomly pick one because they say that they have the best IC, why this cooperation because you would get the best interest and solution for both parties.

　　金经理：我个人的经验是，当开始设计任何一款新的产品时候总会思索产品设计传承问题，也就是，下一代产品是否可以根据这款产品设计?同时，也会考虑的是，这个产品对于生产商来说是否是一个合理可行的设计，从而保证每个产品的生产质量。对于IC供应商的选择，我们很明白的是，用心发展一次好的合作远比仅仅因为对方说他们有最好的IC而随机选择更加重要。这样的合作能令双方都能获得最好的效益和解决方案。

　　新世纪LED网记者：智能控制是LED灯具的优势之一，而这智能控制又体现在电源上，那么，智能控制电源有哪些技术难点?贵司在智能驱动解决方案的优势和最新进展情况如何?

　　By Jean: The difficulties that you face with new technologies such as intelligent control system is that first as it is new you don’t necessarily have the knowledge and resources, second is that you need to get much more people involved in it. Even though some of these difficulties, we TenPao have successfully designed a wireless dimmer intelligent LED driver which would be presented at our booth.

　　金经理：面对譬如智能控制系统等新技术，最困难的部分首先它是新生事物，你不一定拥有它的知识或是资源。其次是这需要牵涉的人非常多。然而即使有这些困难，天宝已经成功地设计了一款无线可调光的LED驱动电源产品，这款产品将会在本届广州国际照明展展出。

　　新世纪LED网记者：客户对LED驱动电源的要求主要有哪些?贵司是如何满足客户要求、服务客户的?

　　By Jean: Different markets different requirements, to meet the needs and serve our customers at best TenPao has step up offices all around the world. This is how we always have a fast reaction in understanding customer requirements and this is also how we are the most efficient in serving them.

　　金经理：不同的市场有不同的需求。根据客户的需求提供最好的服务。为提供更好的服务，天宝在全世界不同地区建立办事处、设立了办公室。这也体现了我们总是会根据客户的需求进行深刻的理解并作出快速的反应，并为客户提供高效的服务。

　　新世纪LED网记者：有业内人士指出：纵观整个LED电源行业，缺乏强制性的统一标准、企业各自为政、电源维护困难重重。那么，您是如何看待LED电源行业?

　　By Jean: I would say that I agree on this point, the reason why it is because today the LED industry is leaded by the LED chip manufacturer and not by the LED driver manufacturer, but I believe that this will be changed with new concepts coming up (such as ours), by then you will have the LED chip manufacturer coming to work closely with us the LED driver manufacturer and we will have more standardization for the LED driver industry.

　　金经理：我非常赞同这个观点。原因是如今的LED行业是由LED芯片生产商主宰，而不是LED驱动电源生产商。但我相信这种境况将会由即将到来的新的理念所改变。(例如天宝的设计理念)，到那时候将会看到LED芯片生产商与LED驱动电源生产商更加紧密的合作，LED驱动电源行业亦会有更多的标准出台。
