本创新技术通过第一端口CW和第二端口WW,双线输出实现双色温无极调光调色温功能,极大地节省耗材,降低原材料成本和提高安装效率。并采用两线实现无极调光调色温功能,可以不分正负极性,具有防呆功能,方便操作人员安装操作。采用全覆盖式信号传输方式,任何一个控制器损坏,不会影响其他控制器效果,并具有场景设置功能。该控制技术及配套产品为行业内首创。

1、现有国内外类似产品及技术,即双色温调光产品及技术采用的均是三线传输方式,极大地浪费耗材及人工安装成本。而本创新技术采用两线传输控制即可实现无极调光调色温功能,安装效率高,并具有防呆功能。

技术及工艺创新要点:

3、由于双线设计,少了一个色温极性焊盘,使产品可以做到尺寸超窄灯珠光源高密度,使用在匹配的迷你型材中可以实现无光斑效果,打破了以往双色温灯带不能用于装饰类型材的壁垒。
4、采用全覆盖式信号传输方式,遥控器发射信号后传输至覆盖距离内的所有控制器,控制器接收信号后,继续以接收点为中心向覆盖内的距离内继续传输信号,实现了全覆盖式信号传输,任何一个控制器损坏,不会影响其他控制器效果。
