设计结合当地的历史和文化，对项目区域的道路、沿街建筑、沿河景观带重新设计。设计主题为“水墨韵淮涉 里院映八景”，灯光以闹与静的相得益彰、古韵情怀与现代技术的交融，描绘出一幅 “淮涉八景”写意水墨画。

The design combines the local history and culture, and redesigns the roads, buildings along the street, and the landscape along the river in the project area. The design theme is "Ink and wash rhyme in Huai and the courtyard reflects the eight scenic spots", the lighting complements each other with noisy and quiet, the blend of ancient m and modern technology, depicting a freehand ink painting of "Eight scenic spots in Huai and Shed".

主要技术参数：

通过Led点光源、线光源、激光投影灯，光艺术装置等提升改造了淮涉里街区400多米长的沿街立面照明和沿河景观照明。

Led point light sources, line light sources, laser projection lamps, optical art installations, etc. have been used to upgrade and renovate the 400-meter-long street facade lighting and riverside landscape lighting in the Huaisheli block.
