技术及工艺创新要点:

反射片主要应用在以液晶显示装置为代表的投影用屏幕或面状光源的部件、照明器具、照明广告牌等装置领域中 ,其主要作用是将漏出导光板底 部的光线高效率、无损耗地反射回导光板,以增加光 的使用效率,减少用电量,提供液晶显示面所需的光饱和度,因此需要其有较高的反射率

本项目主要是通过添加反射型助剂对聚碳酸酯PC改性处理,再经熔融挤出流延压板使其达到反射光的效果。具体操作是通过选取合适的树脂型钛白粉助剂,包括扩散剂,增白剂,增塑剂,增韧剂等,然后经过造粒-混料-熔融-压延挤出-收卷切片工序成型,其中厚度控制在200μm——500μm之间。
