贴片电阻表面组装技术(SMT)的应用已十分普遍,采用SMT组装的电子产品的比例已超过90%。随着小型SMT生产设备的开发,SMT的应用范围在进一步扩大,航空、航天、仪器仪表、机床等领域也在采用SMT生产各种批量不大的电子产品或部件。贴片电阻统称"片式固定电阻器",又叫"矩形片状电阻",是由ROHM公司发明并最早推出市场的。特点是耐潮湿,耐高温,可靠度高,外观尺寸均匀,精确且温度系数与阻值公差小。

With the development of small SMT production equipment, the application range of SMT is further expanded. Aviation, aerospace, instrumentation, machine tools and other fields are also using SMT to produce various small-volume electronic products or components. It is acterized by moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, high reliability, uniform appearance size, accuracy, and small temperature coefficient and resistance tolerance.

技术及工艺创新要点:

厚膜贴片电阻,厚膜电路一般采用丝网印刷工艺,将印刷好的基片在高温烧结炉中烧结,使浆料与基片间形成良好的熔合和网络互连,并使厚膜电阻的阻值稳定。然后,使用厚膜激光调阻机将烧结好的电路基片上印刷厚膜电阻阻值修调到规定的要求。从而完成厚膜电阻制作,厚膜电阻在精度,温度稳定性,噪音等不如薄膜工艺电阻,但是其具有更加低的成本,是目前贴片电阻使用最广泛的工艺。厚膜电路的膜厚一般大于10μm,而薄膜的膜厚小于10μm,大多处于小于1μm。

Thick film chip resistors and thick film circuits generally use screen printing technology. The printed substrate is sintered in a high-temperature sintering furnace to form a good fusion and network interconnection between the paste and the substrate, and make the thick film resistor The resistance value is stable. As a result, thick film resistors are manufactured. Thick film resistors are not as good as thin film resistors in terms of accuracy, temperature stability, noise, etc., but they have a lower cost and are currently the most widely used process for chip resistors. The thickness of thick film circuits is generally greater than 10 μm, while the thickness of thin films is less than 10 μm, mostly less than 1 μm.
