淋雨试验箱适用于外部照明和信号装置及汽车灯具外壳防护，能够提供逼真的模拟电子产品及其元器件在运输和使用期间可能受到的临水和喷淋试验等各种环境，已达到检测各种产品的防水性能。
结构特点：
1、摆管结构：
1）摆管：自动、定时停摆；多种调整方便、准确的摆动角度(60°/90°/120°)；摆管在摆动的每个极限位置上能无冲击、无震动地平稳转换摆动方向；摆速可调（用变频器驱动电机），平均摆动速率可调整至约60°/s或10r/min。
2、结构材料：
1）摆管和支承台的金属材料均为不锈钢；
2）挡水罩材料为不锈钢；
3）其他与水有接触的部件材料为不锈钢或铝合金；
4）输水软管材料为硅橡胶。
3、供水系统：
1）水泵供水，有滤水装置，配压力表（位于摆管进水端附近）和流量计；
2）配流量（压力）调节阀；
3）摆动中摆管内的水压稳定，出水流量恒定。

箱体结构
1. 箱体采用SUS304不锈钢材料，试验箱上部为试验室和控制屏，下部安装水泵、水箱、电动机和减速传动机构。
2.箱体门为有机玻璃，采用硅橡胶密封，有较好的密封性能，门上装有雨刮器便于观察试验情况。
3.喷管采用不锈钢管制造，喷孔采用激光加工技术，具有较高的精度。
4.工作室其他所有接触水的部分均采用不锈钢活铜质材料，不会产生锈蚀现象
