SC-630具有低油离底（走向于零），耐高低温，耐水，臭氧、耐气候老化。具有高导热率，极佳的导热性，良好的电绝缘性，较宽的使用温度。 SC-630主要用于电子装置中各种半导体器件如二极管、三极管、功率模块等做导热介质。

技术及工艺创新要点：

使用方法 清洗待涂覆表面，除去油污。然后将导热硅脂直接挤出，均匀的涂覆在待涂覆表面即可。

1）首先用高纯度溶剂如高纯度异戊醇或丙酮和无绒布(如擦镜头用的布)清洗CPU核心和散热器表面(一个指纹可能会厚达0.005英寸左右)。这一步可以省略，只要表面干净无油即可。

2）确定散热片上与CPU接触的区域，在区域中心挤上足够的散热膏。

3）用干净的工具如剃刀片，信用卡边或干净的小刀挑起少许散热膏转移到CPU核心的一角(比如左下角之类的地方)。注意只要一小块就可以了，差不多半粒米大小。

4）将手指套入塑料袋，然后用手指摩擦散热器底部的散热膏直到散热膏均匀布满整个与CPU接触的区域。可使用顺时针和逆时针运动可以保证散热膏可填满散热器底部的缝隙以及不平的地方。注意：不要直接用手指涂抹!

5）用无绒布将散热器底部的散热膏擦去，这时可以看到散热器底部涂过散热膏的地方与其他区域颜色不一样，说明散热膏已经均匀填补了底座的缝隙。

6）运用剃刀片或其他干净的工具，从CPU核心的一角开始，把散热膏均匀涂满整个核心。待接触的表面越平，散热膏的需求越薄。对于普通的散热器底面，散热膏厚度大约为一张普通纸的厚度(0.003-0.005英寸)，如果散热器底面光亮平整，那么散热膏可以薄到半透明状。

7）确认散热器底座和CPU核心表面没有异物，把散热器放到CPU上，此时只能轻压，不能转动或者平移散热器。否则可能会导致散热器和CPU之间的散热膏厚度不均匀。
