项目简介
首届“江苏邗建·2019运河文化嘉年华”开幕式在宋夹城盛大启动。运河文化嘉年华的举办，向世界展示最灿烂辉煌的运河文化，并以此庆祝新中国成立70周年及大运河申遗成功5周年。

一、灯光秀具体要求
1、视频投影、灯光、音响设备均采用进口设备，要求标准不得低于招标提供的服务需求清单内的设备品牌、型号标准。
2、灯光秀视频、音频、灯光设备编程联动控制。
3、视频制作主题符合本次活动的主题，突出运河文化主线。
4、视频标准为超清画面。

节能措施及效果
1、灯具光源选择，设计中主要使用激光投影等高效能光源，提高照明能效，延长灯具使用寿命，最大限度减少光源故障率。
2、采用电源集中控制系统，可根据环境适时的要求智能控制和转换，来实现真正节能，达到延长光源的使用寿命，更能最大限度的减少电资源浪费。
3、主线路采用三相四线制供电（照明线路的损耗约占输入电能的4%，影响照明线路损耗的主要因素是供电方式和导线截面积），减少线路损耗，延长线路使用寿命。
4、新一代激光投影灯和传统光束灯同台演绎灯光效果，以《一朝步入画卷、一日梦回千年》为主题，利用艺术风格手法结合宋夹城南门结构，震撼演绎一场文化视听盛宴，向观众展现运河历史及扬州人文。

宋夹城2019运河嘉年华灯光秀活动为期12天（2019年9月26日~2019年10月7日），灯光秀活动场地范围为南城门和十字街主干道，包括视频投影、灯光、音响设备租赁，定制软件和超清视频制作。
