Through advanced sensors and communication technology, our product connects the IoT nodes around the smart poles, including street lights, cameras, alarm devices, multimedia equipment, and transportation facilities, into an invisible “network of all things connected” to form the citys various Big Data. These data interacts with the governments transportation, police, municipal and other management systems to provide a variety of supports for smart city big data applications. The Product includes: Smart Pole integrating various information equipments and technology-innovated composite applications, like Wi-Fi, environmental information collection, security and road monitoring, information release, emergency visual alarm, 4G micro base station, traffic management, EV charging piles; the IoT information management cloud platform based on smart poles with open architecture , supports access of third-party partners system and smart city related equipments, unifing equipment and data management to achieve intelligent city management.

与国内外同类产品或同类技术的比较情况:

智慧灯杆,作为智慧城市实现信息采集、信息发布、信息传输不可缺少的最佳载体,具有不可估量的市场前景,不但吸引了传统照明企业(飞利浦、GE、上海亚明、三思等),也得到了IT巨头和电信运营商。但是智慧照明和智慧灯杆的研究,方兴未艾,尚处于初级阶段,有不少问题亟待解决:

(1)现有的路灯智能管理系统存在互不兼容、与其他公共设备难以融合的情形,使得用户在考虑采用智能照明控制系统时顾虑重重,直接影响了智慧照明及智慧灯杆的大规模应用。必须研究开放性的标准协议接口,让系统具有标准化、可兼容、可扩展、适用范围广等特点,这样无线Wi-Fi、充电桩、视频监控、环保监测、市民应急报警、雨雪、尘雾、光感传感器等都可以自由接入融合网管设备和智能控制平台,或者与其他功能系统共存于灯杆中,相互联动但互不影响。

(2)目前常用的通信技术包括近距离的WIFI、ZigBee、Bluetooth等无线技术,存在覆盖范围小,可靠性差,移动性差等不足;2G/3G/4G模块,存在芯片成本高,功耗高,连接数少等缺陷;电力载波等私有技术存在速率受限、可靠性和互联互通等问题;

(3)目前各个试点所采用的智慧灯杆,都只是各个应用模块的简单集成,成本居高不下,外形和性能也得不到优化,每个设备都各自带电源,既增加了系统的整体功耗,又降低了智慧灯杆的可靠性。

(4)目前市场上存在一些系统平台使用时需要安装各种设备的软件,比如当灯杆需要摄像、广告、气象功能时,他们就需要安装摄像头的软件,广告屏的软件,气象站的软件等等,客户在使用这些功能模块时,软件需要从一个应用跳到另外一个应用,客户体验效果不理想。

针对上述问题,我们在深入分析智慧照明和智能灯杆的基础上,研究开放的基于灯杆的城市物联网信息管理云平台,实现:

(1)便于第三方合作伙伴的接入;采用灵活组网、高性能、开放构架的IOE物联网解决方案,兼容电力载波、无线RF、RS485、2G通信、NB-IoT通信,LoRa通信等解决方案。

(2)其中值得一提的是,新增的NBIOT通信属于5G的范畴。 NBIOT(窄带蜂窝物联网)是由3GPP(《第三代伙伴计划协议》)标准化组织定义的一种技术标准,是一种专为物联网设计的窄带射频技术,因此得名,可直接部署于GSM网络、UMTS网络或LTE网络,以降低部署成本、实现平滑升级。因其低功耗、低成本、广覆盖、大容量、高稳定性的特点,最近在行业内可谓是风生水起。我们率先在平台上兼容NBIOT,可以说已经在NBIOT的等技术应用的开发上领先于市场。

(3)平台支持智慧城市相关设备接入,便于统一设备和数据管理;研发集成各种信息设备技术创新复合应用的智慧灯杆,包括智慧照明、WIFI热点、环境信息采集、安防及道路智慧监控、信息发布、应急可视报警、电动汽车智能充电桩、DSRC车辆监控模块,用于提升交通安全水平等多种功能,研发单一电源给灯杆上所有设备供电,优化设计,实现城市的智慧管理。

(4)我们研发的基于智慧灯杆的城市物联网信息平台采用分布式处理和存储的大数据构架,可扩展系统容量,支持高并发数据访问,实现上亿物联网节点的接入和数据交互。强大的并发数据访问承载能力,使得这套系统平台完全可以承载智慧城市的各项管理功能。

(5)大数据可视化分析:智慧灯杆所采集的各项数据汇总到城市物联网信息平台,可以满足城市管理、公安安全和智能服务等领域的重大应用需求,本项目提出了融合空间信息与抽象信息的自适应视觉感知计算模型和可视化方法,建立起高维信息的视觉转换机制和有效性评测方法;通过构建沉浸式三维时空分析环境来提高人机信息交流带宽和交互的自然性;采用整体理解的思想,形成城市场景临场式分析与推理的计算新模式;支持群体式协同演绎推理,按需主动捕获和分析信息,不断增强准全息计算模型的完整性和精细度;推进人类智能与机器智能的深度耦合,提高对事件分析和预测的精准性。

However, the research on smart lighting and smart pole is still in its infancy, and there are many problems to be solved

(1) Existing intelligent management systems of street lamp are not compatible with each other or difficult to integrate with other public devices, which makes users concerned about the use of intelligent lighting control system, and directly affects its large-scale application. It is necessary to study standard protocol interface to make the system standardized, compatible, expandable and widely applicable. In this way, wireless Wi Fi, charging pile, CCTV, environmental monitoring, public emergency alarm, rain and snow, dust and fog and light sensor etc. can be connected to the integrated network management equipment and intelligent control platform, or coexist with other functional systems in the light pole, linked but withour mutual influence.

(2) At present, the commonly used communication technologies like short-range Wi-Fi, ZigBee, Bluetooth and other wireless technologies, which have the disadvantages of small coverage, poor reliability, poor mobility, etc.; 2G / 3G / 4G module, which has the defects of high chip cost, high power consumption, few connections etc.; private technologies like power carrier have the problems of limited speed, reliability, interconnection, etc;

(3) At present, the smart lamp pole used in each pilot is just a simple integration of various application modules, with high cost, and the shape and performance cannot be optimized. Each device has its own power supply, which not only increases the overall power consumption of the system, but also reduces the reliability of the smart lamp pole.

(4) At present, there are some system platforms in the market that need to be installed with software of various devices when they are used. For example, when the lamp needs camera, advertisement and meteorological functions, they need to install camera software, advertisement screen software, weather station software and so on. When customers use these function modules, the software needs to jump from one application to another, and the customers experience the effect Not ideal.

In view of the above problems, on the basis of in-depth analysis of intelligent lighting and intelligent light pole, we study the open city Internet of things information management cloud platform based on light pole, and realize:

(1) It is convenient for the access of the third-party partners; the IOE Internet of things solution with flexible networking, high performance and open architecture is adopted, which is compatible with power carrier, wireless RF, RS485, 2G communication, NB IoT communication, Lora communication and other solutions.

(2) It is worth mentioning that the new NB IoT communication belongs to the category of 5g. NB IoT (narrowband cellular Internet of things) is a technical standard defined by 3GPP (Third Generation Partnership protocol) standardization organization, which is a narrowband RF technology specially designed for the Internet of things. Therefore, NB IoT can be directly deployed in GSM network, UMTS network or LTE network, so as to reduce deployment cost and realize smooth upgrade. Because of its low power consumption, low cost, wide coverage, large capacity and high stability, it has become popular in the industry recently. We are the first to be compatible with NB IoT on the platform. We have already led the market in the development of NB IoT and other technology applications.

(3) The platform supports the access of relevant equipment in smart city, which is convenient for unified equipment and data management; it researches and develops intelligent light poles integrated with various information equipment technology innovation composite applications, including intelligent lighting, Wi-Fi hotspot, environmental information collection, security and road intelligent monitoring, information release, emergency visual alarm, electric vehicle intelligent charging pile, DSRC vehicle monitoring module, which are used to improve Multiple functions such as traffic safety level, research and development of a single power supply to power all equipment on the light pole, optimize the design, and realize the smart management of the city.

(4) The city Internet of things information platform based on smart pole developed by us adopts the big data architecture of distributed processing and storage, which can expand the system capacity, support high concurrent data access, and realize the access and data interaction of hundreds of millions of Internet of things nodes. The powerful concurrent data access capacity makes this system platform fully able to carry the management functions of smart city.

(5) Big data visualization analysis: the data collected by the smart light pole can be summarized into the urban Internet of things information platform, which can meet the major application needs of urban management, public security security, intelligent services and other fields. In this project, an adaptive visual perception calculation model and visualization method integrating spatial information and abstract information are proposed, and a high-dimensional information visual conversion mechanism and visualization method are established Effectiveness evaluation method; improve the communication bandwidth and interaction naturalness of human-computer information by building an immersive three-dimensional space-time analysis environment; adopt the idea of overall understanding to form a new computing mode of on-the-spot analysis and reasoning of urban scenes; support group collaborative deductive reasoning, actively capture and analyze information on demand, and constantly enhance the integrity and precision of quasi holographic computing model Promote the deep coupling of human intelligence and machine intelligence, and improve the accuracy of event analysis and prediction.

技术及工艺创新要点:

(1)物联网平台:分布式数据处理,可扩展的系统容量,实现上亿物联网节点的接入和数据交互;

(3)集合车辆监控模块,结合红绿灯,搭建智慧交通物联网信息平台。

①南苑街道智慧灯杆项目(图1)

2018年,在杭州临平南苑的各个街道都竖起了方大智控的智慧灯杆,包括物联网信息采集,智慧LED路灯照明监控,无线WIFI覆盖,智慧安防视频监控,智慧紧急报警求助,智慧环境信息监测,智慧网络多媒体信息发布,充电桩,预留5G微基站。这些数据通过智慧信息管理指挥中心联结起来,可以实现对城市基础设施24小时自动监管,并将责任落实到职能部门。系统采集的数据后期还可以连接到“城市大脑”系统,为科学智慧城市管理提供基础数据。

2017年12月9日,方大智控在该项目为东北地沈阳街头竖起了特殊的灯杆——东北智慧灯杆在沈阳落地。该智慧灯杆包括物联网信息采集,智慧LED路灯照明监控,无线WIFI覆盖,智慧安防视频监控,智慧紧急报警求助,智慧环境信息监测,智慧网络多媒体信息发布,充电桩,预留微基站。智慧城市,路灯先行。毋庸置疑,随着方大智控这一杆智慧灯杆在沈阳的落地,东北的智慧城市也将到来。
