都市快节奏的生活，让我们的工作频率也逐渐增多，随着电子产品的普及越来越多的人都在电脑或者是平板进行办公，随之而然的办公时长就会不知不觉增加，一坐下来就是好几个小时过去了，忙完工作一身疲惫。新闻经常报道因为工作繁忙而没有时间进行运动而导致的一些疾病，于是思考有没有一种比较无声的形式，通过灯具的形式能够提醒我们放下电子办公产品，站起来活动几分钟，再继续办公，养成一个长期久坐后起来锻炼几分钟的习惯降低颈椎病腰椎病的发生。

With the popularity of electronic products, more and more people are working on computers or tablets, and then the office hours will increase unconsciously. As soon as we sit down, several hours have passed, and we are tired after work. The news often reports some diseases caused by busy work and no time for exercise, so we think about whether there is a relatively silent form, which can remind us to put down the electronic office products, stand up for a few minutes, and then continue to work, so as to cultivate a habit of getting up for a few minutes after long-term sitting and reduce the incidence of cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis.

主要技术参数：

灯具照明元件为LED灯珠，除发光面以外，灯具内部都附有磁吸装置搭配金属桌架；外置有磁吸装置的墙贴搭配非金属桌架；灯具可充电使用，搭配有充电座；触摸发光面可调节灯光亮度。

The lighting element of the lamp is led beads. In addition to the light-emitting surface, the inside of the lamp is equipped with magnetic suction device with metal table frame; the wall sticker with magnetic suction device outside is equipped with non-metal table frame; the lamp can be reged with ging base; the light brightness can be adjusted by touching the light-emitting surface.

技术及工艺创新要点：

1.产品体积小，造型简约，不占桌面空间。 2.光照可以进行调节，可根据自己需要的亮度进行调节，功能性强 3.灯具顶部内置有磁吸条，可以平稳的安置在安装在金属桌架；非金属桌架可外置磁贴进行安装。 4.灯具在使用者长时间工作后，调整照明的角度，用无声的方式提醒使用者该休息一下，3分钟后灯具照明角度归位，使用者可继续进行工作。
