该LED光学模组由光效约110lm/W的LED组成，点亮后实测整体光效为84lm/w。所以这种透镜一体化非常有意义，减少了玻璃的10%左右反射的损失。而采用内表面进行配光使得结构紧凑，且外表面为光滑的平面，相对于外表面配光的透镜结构有更长的生命周期。

　　图9是按照以上设计的光源化模块制作的LED路灯在复旦大学校园内的实际照片，灯具功率为实际输入91W，远处对比的是250W的高压钠灯。可见效果良好。
