与国内外同类产品或同类技术的比较情况：

目前市场上的LED路灯灯头，主要存在三种问题：

1、整灯安装及拆卸操作复杂：

传统的路灯安装方式，绝大部分是靠螺钉紧固件固定模组及电器箱，也有部分路灯是靠搭扣扣合电器箱，但是模组安装依旧是靠螺丝固定，同时防尘盖也是靠螺丝实现闭合安装。相关模组拆卸，电器箱打开，防尘盖打开很费力。

2、整灯光效不高

虽然目前市场上LED灯珠光效普遍提升，但是普遍光效都不超过 130lm/W.相应光效提升问题已经是遇到瓶颈，很难突破。

3、灯体内接插件安装不方便

市场上的模组路灯采用的都是公母对插，塑料螺纹锁合结构，所需操作空间很大，安装紧固的时候容易滑牙，或者回松的时候很难回松。

1、灯具模组采用全密封结构，防水等级IP67,全灯具实现免工具安装与维护：灯具开盖通过侧边按钮式快速打开背后防尘板，里面安装有俩小弹片可以将防尘盖弹起；快卡式安装模组，通过拨动一边模组卡钩，取出模组组件，模组通过一端绕轴，另一端通过模组卡钩滑入，压牢。实现模组的安装；同样电器箱也采用按钮把手打开电器箱，通过拨动按钮把手，打开内部卡钩，从而打开电器箱，电器箱实现防水IP66。电器箱内部电器板也可以做为独立的组成，通过2P公母对插端子与外界模组连接，通过3P公母对插端子与外输入连接，通过拨动卡扣，叉开对插端子实现电器板安装于拆卸。

2、采用独特自主研发设计快速自锁式接插件，有效提高工作效率，增加其美观整齐特性，按压扣合自锁，线缆连接注塑头与法兰头之间通过旋转螺帽上的楔形扣与法兰头上的楔形卡槽卡合连接，扣合到位后，通过弹簧复位实现自锁，对比与传统螺纹式锁紧，工序简单。为此还特意申请了发明专利。（一种免工具拆装的led模组及其实现方法，申请号：201910768896.0 状态：实审中）

3、灯具模组匹配高光效点胶透镜模组，常规模组及带玻璃防护的光源模组。

点胶版模组在配光透镜的光线入射面与LED光源的光线出射面间填充折射率与LED光源封装材料及配光透镜材料折射率相近或相同的材料，LED光源的光线出射面与配光透镜的光线入射面之间没有空气间隔，大幅度降低光线界面反射损失；带玻璃防护的光源模组，是在原先透镜基础上新增玻璃保护，适用于特殊场合需求，也便于路灯清洗，有效的解决路灯暴露在太阳光下，UV对PC透镜伤害出现变黄，塑化老化的现象。有效提高灯具的寿命。

4、独特配光在确保理想路面照度及均匀度的同时消除LED眩光，透镜表面均匀磨砂

5、灯头搭配路灯套杆可做路灯实用，做路灯可调角度±15°，LED路灯头进行多角度调节，使其达到最理想的照明角度效果，将不受灯杆高度及地面高度影，套杆与灯体角度可调至90°，可作为停车场灯照明。

采用开盖断路保护器，有效的保护施工的人生安全,当电器箱上盖打开，因为断路保护器A安装在上盖上也就断开，当接线连接完毕后，盖上电器箱，断路保护器AB闭合，线路导通。

6、可搭载智能GSM控制器，PLC控制器，RF控制器实现智能控制
