2、X,Y轴采用松下伺服驱动，配合进口直线导轨+研磨丝杆，保证贴片的高精度，高速度，一流的稳定性。

3、X,Y轴采用日本进口研磨丝杆，保证超高定位精度和高速运转下超静音。

4、6组高速贴片头同时工作，大大提高设备性价比。吸头上下采用进口花键结构，精度高，耐用时间长。

5、简单易懂的图形化编程方式，大大提高操作的便利性，自动Mark视觉定位，定位精确方便。

6、多种配料器的选用，能满足不同LED封装元件的贴装要求。

7、全自动贴片机采用DFI工业电脑+自主专用控制器控制，工业级的系统稳定性，操作简单，易学。

8、软件功能强大，编程坐标采用数字和图形化显示方式，坐标校正和更改方便，生产过程图形化显示贴片进度和元件，补贴料方便。

9、软件采用数据库系统，不同种类PCB编程可存储，方便调用，新产品一次编程，终身调用。
