技术及工艺创新要点：

1、电脑回流焊所有温区上下分别加热;独立热风循环，独立控温，各温区控温精度±1℃。

2、模块化加热结构，有效防止温区间的气流影响，保证元件受热均匀，横向温度偏差<±2℃.

3、电脑回流焊的上炉体开启采用气动顶升，安全可靠便于炉膛清洁。

4、特制长寿镍锘发热丝型热源，功率充沛，升温快速，从室温至恒温小于20分钟。

5、电脑回流焊采用进口高速运风马达直联驱动进行热循环，低噪音，震动小，热循环效率高。

6、采用PLC工控产品上下位机控制，具有一流的稳定性。

7、具有导轨链条及网带双重同步传输系统及加油润滑系统。

8、电脑回流焊导轨为特制优质铝合金，高硬度高强度，变形小精度高。

9、具有延时开关保护功能，防止因不均匀降温使传输部件变形。

10、具有断电保护功能，保证断电后PCB板正常输出而不致损坏。

11、具有超温声光报警及紧急制动系统。

12、简繁体中文MMI操作界面和人工智能软件控制，极大地方便了用户的使用
