　　The tester consists of a computer-controlled x-y table, integrating sphere, programmable current-source meter, and relay switching-matrix. Each

　　LUXEON Rebel is positioned underneath the integrating sphere, and driven with a constant-current pulse. Luminous flux, (u’, v’), and forward voltage are measured for each LUXEON Rebel. After testing, the reliability stress board is returned to the thermal chamber for additional operation.
