120°大角度全塑工程面板灯,明装暗装1秒切换,安装拆卸一步到位。

技术及工艺创新要点:

灯珠采用三安12x28mil优良芯片,雷曼光电封装2835灯珠,并采用180°标准水平排列,发光均匀。单颗0.2W,寿命50000小时,24-26Lm/0.2W,电流60mA,5000小时只有1%-2%光衰,8000小

2%-3%光衰,10000小时3%-4%光衰,使用寿命超长。

卡簧高纯度铁冲压成型,耐腐蚀,不易破损,使用安全性高。

面环独立自主研发开模,使用ABS工程塑料,高抗冲、高耐热、阻燃。

扩散板采用日本三菱PS材质,1.5mm超薄扩散板,透光率高达到92%,散光均匀柔和,能有效减缓眼疲劳,创造健康的光环境。

灯体独立自主研发开模,整体使用ABS工程塑料恒温塑形而成,高抗冲、高耐热、阻燃。表面喷白漆,美观整洁。

铝基板高导铝材,加速散热。

1. Using San’an 12x28mil high quality chips, Lehman encapsulate into 2835, 180°standard level arrangement, uniform luminance.

2. 0.2W each chip, 50,000 hours life span, 24-26lm/0.2W,60mA current;

3. luminous decay: 5,000 hours only 1%-2%; 8,000 hours2%-3%; 10,000 hours3%-4%.

4. Long using life.

Clips: made of high purity iron stmaping molding, high purity iron stamping molding, corrosion resistance, not easy damaged, with high safety.

Frame: Erman develop model by ourselves, use ABS enginner plastic, high impact, high heat resistance and flame retardant.

Diffuser plate: PS material Japan Mitsubishi is used. The 1.5mm ultrathin diffuser plate, light transmittance could reach 92%, gentle light diffusion can effectively reduce fatigue and create the healthy light environment.

Cover: Develop model by ourselves, whole cover use ABS constant enginnering plastic, high impact, high heat resistance and flame retardant.
Aluminum substrate: high-conductivity aluminum is used to accelerate heat dissipation.

广东尔漫照明有限公司创建于2009年6月,是一家LED商业照明制造商,一直以产品品类的纵向化延伸为导向,以单一化模式发展LED照明类产品,先后生产经营SMD灯带产品·LED面板灯·LED室内商业照明;公司发展初期就与一些国内外知名的品牌进行OEM和ODM品牌生产,并同时不断发展自主品牌在国内的建设,现已有600多家销售网点。
