2、拟增资精石电气，加码储能业务
4月3日，英飞特发布关于对外投资暨增资西安精石电气科技（以下简称“精石电气”）的公告。
公告显示，英飞特全资子公司“英飞特股权投资”与精石电气及其股东等签署增资认购协议，拟以自有资金2700万元增资认缴精石电气增注册资本375万元，剩余部分计入标的公司资本公积金。
公告显示，精石电气经营范围为一般项目：光伏设备及元器件制造；变压器、整流器和电感器制造；工程和技术研究和试验发展；软件开发；软件销售；智能输配电及控制设备销售；储能技术服务；信息技术咨询服务等。公司是分布式光伏储能、户用光伏储能、工商业储能行业光储一体机、储能逆变器、能源管理系统（EMS）等产品供应商，主要为储能系统集成商提供逆变器、光储一体机、EMS及技术服务。
增资后，精石电气股东新增英飞特股权投资，持股比例为20%。精石电气原股东中厚利君、赵磊、精石之志、中澳储能、上海采日的持股比例分别从原先的33.33%、20%、20.01%、13.33%、13.33%变更为26.66%、16%、16%、10.67%、10.67%。

英飞特表示，在全球推进“碳达峰”、“碳中和”及节能减排的大背景下，公司充分利用自身在电力电子技术研发、国内外销售渠道、全球供应链布局及智能制造技术等领域的核心优势，在保持LED驱动电源全球市场领先地位的基础上，把握储能市场的发展机遇，积极发展在新能源领域新的增长曲线。
此外，英飞特4月6日在投资者互动平台表示，公司拟投资的精石电气业务不涉及数字经济。
3、董事QING CHEN先生辞职
4月4日，英飞特发布公告称，公司董事会于近日收到公司董事QING CHEN先生递交的书面辞职报告。QING CHEN先生因个人原因，辞去公司董事职务。
根据《公司法》《深圳证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第2号——创业板上市公司规范运作》《公司章程》等相关规定，QING CHEN先生的辞职报告自送达公司董事会时生效，其辞职未导致公司董事会成员低于法定最低人数，不会影响公司董事会正常运作和公司日常经营。
据悉，QING CHEN先生原定任期为：2020年12月10日至2023年12月9日。截至本公告披露之日，QING CHEN先生未持有公司股份，不存在应当履行而未履行的承诺事项。
