2008年9月28日，英飞特电子发布了新的高功率密度的AC-DC 90W 电源适配器AWS-090。该电源采用了分离式包装专利技术，除了在同类产品中具有最小体积外，还有一个显著的特点，就是具有可伸缩的电源线，这样大大提高了产品的便携性。这款电源适配器效率超过90%，并且符合各项国际安规和电磁兼容标准。

　　AWS-090电源可提供90W持续输出功率和120W最大输出功率，采用90V～264V宽范围输入电压，输出直流电压范围在16V～20V可调。主体尺寸大小只有107毫米 x 33毫米 x 16.5毫米，总重量只有280克，并且具备各项完善的保护功能，包括过压保护、过流保护、短路保护、过温保护等。

　　英飞特的分离式包装专利技术使产品散热好，寿命长，便于使用。英飞特的创始人兼董事长华桂潮博士说，采用电源插头和剩下的电源主体部分相分离的专利技术，我们将有效的增加电源表面面积，从而使产品散热面积增大，使产品在如此小的封装体积内产生更低的温度。而电源零部件的低温度，意味着产品拥有更长的寿命。

　　Inventronics Releases New High Density 90W Adapter for Portable Applications

　　Hangzhou, China - September 28, 2008 - Inventronics has announced the release of the AWS-090, a new high density ac-dc adapter utilizing the companys proprietary split-package technology. In addition to having one of the smallest footprints of any product in its class, this adapter also features an optional retractable cable which improves portability and simplifies cable management. This adapter delivers in excess of 90% efficiency and complies with relevant with international safety and emission standards.

　　The new AWS-090 delivers up to 90W of continuous power with 120W peak power capability. This new adapter operates over a universal input range of 90-264VAC and delivers an output voltage ranging from 16 to 20Vdc. The main body of the AWS-90 measures only 107mm x 33mm x 16.5mm and the entire supply weighs only 280g. The adapter features selectable output voltage as well as over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature protection.

　　Inventronics proprietary split-package adapter technology contributes to ease of use, thermal management and product life, said Gary Hua, President and founder of Inventronics. He added, By placing some of the electronics at the plug and the rest in the main body we effectively increase the surface area for dissipating heat allowing the products to run cooler than they otherwise would in such a small package. Lower component temperatures result in longer product life.
