  项目简介


  融情于景,融匠心于建筑。本案是集售楼处、商业、办公为一体的综合业态组合社区项目,将打造为“高新区海上系 2020 滨水生活花园”的城市理想生活。售楼处建筑极具标识度,以海上明月为主题,核心理念是将“明月”、“湖水”与既有的建筑、景观等相结合。因此建筑设计中延续明月的概念,深化明月的形态,形成了拥有不同明月景致的建筑群。还原生活中波光月色的自然景致,月光倒映在湖水中,将具象景致转化为设计符号,便形成了半月式的入口门洞与水波幕墙。示范区设计通过建筑细节的处理和用材的选择,将体块之间的关系和比例诠释得更加鲜明。入口处选用仿木色圆形穿孔铝板,以此增加项目的标识性。北立面以入口处为设计中心点,半月式的门洞和流水式的玻璃幕墙相结合,仿佛月光慢慢升起。在建筑幕墙设计中,东侧沿湖立面在建筑分隔处设置了两半月亮为趣味造型,紧密结合建筑空间的设计主题,将月色中的“实”巧妙运用于建筑立面中,打破幕墙的平整及单调性,丰富了幕墙结构层次。设置的观景台,不仅呼应了社区月亮主题,也隐隐在邀请行人驻足观赏。

供配电系统
1.本工程为220/380V供配电系统,采用放射式供电方式;
2.计量:夜景照明配电系统均在上级配电箱(柜)进行计量;
导线选择和线路敷设
所有供配电线路和控制线路必须按设计规范要求穿厚壁热镀锌钢管或金属线槽敷设,任何地方都不能出现裸导线的情况,更不能把供电线路直接埋在地面和墙体内;
2. 照明线路采用WDZB-YJY-1.0KV铜芯无卤低烟B级阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆;低压线路采用ZR-RVV阻燃铜芯电缆;
3. 电缆分支或有破开处须设防水接线盒并离地0.3m安装;敷设管线应在适当位置加拉线盒(直线:30m,一个弯:20m,二个弯:15m,三个弯:8m);4.管线埋地敷设时埋地深度不小于0.7m,在寒冷地区电缆宜埋设于冻土层以下;所有穿过建筑物伸缩缝、沉降缝、后浇带的管线应按《建筑电气安装工程图集》中有关作法施工;
设备要求:
1)照明设备所有带电部分应采用绝缘、遮拦或外护物保护,距地面2.8m以下的照明设备应使用工具才能打开外壳进行光源维护;
2)室外安装照明配电箱与控制箱等应采用防水、防尘型,防护等级不应低于IP54;
3)室外配电箱内元器件应考虑室外环境温度、湿度的影响,距地面2.8m以下的电气设备应借助于钥匙或工具才能开启;
4)LED灯具应选用专用开关电源,LED灯具输入电压应与开关电源输出电压一致;
5)在正常视角范围内的光源可直视灯具,必须采取有效防眩光措施;
6)对人员可触及的照明设备,当表面高于60℃时,必须采用隔离保护措施;
7)灯具、附件及电气设备满足项目所在地气候环境条件下正常工作;
8)夜景照明灯具防护等级必须满足消防安全要求;室外雨棚嵌入式筒灯防护等级不低于IP44,水下灯防护等级不低于IP68等;
9)所有I类灯具均设置地线接地保护;
10)灯具功率因数不应低于0.9,以减少线路损失,确保供电质量及光源效率.
时间控制器系统要求:
1)开、关时间任意可调;
2) 已调好的开、关时间不受停电影响,自动记忆;
3)每天可做十次开、关动作,开、关时间一周内可任意编程;
4)可自动,也可手动控制,设有自动保护装置;
5)内消耗功率低;
施工安装要求:
1)夜景照明灯具及配套电器、开关电源、控制器等电气设备禁止安装在可燃材料表面;
2)开关电源、各种控制器必须按照施工设计规范要求安装在金属外壳的箱体内,不得埋在地面和墙体内;
3)灯具的电缆电线接头应端子连接或涮锡连接、并做防水处理;
4)为了保证安装强度和防止雨水腐蚀,灯具安装支架、固定螺丝应全部为不锈钢或铝合金材质;
5)灯具、管线及电气设备布置不得影响消防安全疏散与救援;
6)室外灯具外壳颜色应与安装部位表面颜色协调;外立面夜景照明灯具及布线应做到不外露、不易触碰到,主立面严禁外露;
7)所有供配电线路和控制线路必须按设计规范要求穿厚壁热镀锌钢管或金属线槽敷设,任何地方都不能出现裸导线的地方,亦不可直埋于地面或者墙体内;
8)施工满足项目所在地的地方标准及施工规范要求;

Power supply system

1. This project is 220/380V power supply and distribution system, using radiation power supply mode;

2. Metering: Nightview lighting distribution system are measured in the superior distribution box (cabinet);

Conductor ion and circuit laying

All power supply and distribution lines and control lines must be laid through thick wall hot dip galvanized steel pipe or metal trough according to the requirements of the design specification. Bare wires can not appear anywhere, let alone the power supply lines directly buried in the ground and walls;

2. The lighting line adopts WDZB-YJY-1.0kV copper core halogen-free low-smoke B-grade flame retardant XLPE insulated power cable; ZR-RVV flame retardant copper core cable for low voltage line;

3. Water proof junction box shall be set up at cable branch or broken place and shall be installed 0.3m above the ground; The pipeline should be laid in the appropriate position of the wire box (straight line: 30m, one bend: 20m, two bend: 15m, three bend: 8m); 4. The buried depth of the pipeline should not be less than 0.7m when it is laid in ground. In cold areas, the cable should be buried under the permafrost; All the pipelines through the expansion joints, settlement joints and post-cast belts of the building shall be constructed according to the relevant practices in the Atlas of Building Electrical Installation Engineering;

Equipment requirements:

1) All live parts of the lighting equipment should be protected by insulation, shielding or external protection. The lighting equipment below 2.8m the ground should use tools to open the shell for light source maintenance;

2) Outdoor lighting distribution box and control box should be waterproof and dustproof, and the protection grade should not be lower than IP54;

3) The components in the outdoor distribution box should consider the influence of outdoor environment temperature and huity, and the electrical equipment below 2.8m the ground should be opened with the help of keys or tools;

4) LED lamps should use special switching power supply, and the input voltage of LED lamps should be consistent with the output voltage of the switching power supply;

5) The light source within the normal viewing Angle can look directly at the lamp, and effective anti-glare measures must be taken;

6) For lighting equipment accessible to personnel, when the surface is higher than 60℃, isolation protection measures must be adopted;

7) The lamps, accessories and electrical equipment should work normally under the climatic and environmental conditions of the project location;

8) The protection level of nightview lighting fixtures must meet the fire safety requirements; The protection level of outdoor canopy embedded downlight should not be lower than IP44, and the protection level of underwater light should not be lower than IP68;

9) All Class I lamps are equipped with ground wire grounding protection;

10) The power factor of the lamp should not be less than 0.9 to reduce the line loss and ensure the quality of power supply and the efficiency of the light source.

Time controller system requirements:

1) Opening and closing time can be adjusted;

2) The adjusted on and off time is not affected by power failure, and it can be automatically remembered;

3) Can do 10 times a day on and off action, on and off time within a week can be arbitrary programming;

4) It can be controlled automatically or manually, and equipped with automatic protection device;

5) Low internal power consumption;

Construction and installation requirements:

1) Nightview lighting lamps and supporting electrical appliances, switching power supply, controllers and other electrical equipment are prohibited to be installed on the surface of combustible materials;

2) Switching power supply and various controllers must be installed in the box of the metal shell in accordance with the requirements of the construction design specification, and shall not be buried in the ground and wall;

3) The cable and wire connectors of lamps and lanterns should be connected with terminals or dipping tin, and waterproof treatment;

4) In order to ensure the installation strength and prevent rain corrosion, the mounting bracket and fixing screws of the lamp should be made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy;

5) Layout of lamps, pipelines and electrical equipment shall not affect fire safety evacuation and rescue;

6) The exterior lamp shell color should be in harmony with the surface color of the installation part; External facade night lighting lamps and wiring should be not exposed, not easy to touch, the main facade is strictly prohibited exposure;

7) All power supply and distribution lines and control lines must be laid through thick-walled hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or metal grooves according to the requirements of the design specifications. No bare wires can be found anywhere, nor can they be directly buried in the ground or walls;

8) The construction shall meet the local standards and construction specifications of the project site;


  节能措施及效果


  项目设计:灯光为建筑赋能,用最合适的灯具,做最匹配建筑形态的照明。
产品运用:贴合绿色照明,每款灯型确保功率合适,无运用大功率灯具;同时极大地减少了视觉上的曝光点及过度照明。
控制模式:采用成熟的时间控制模块,将建筑照明分为夜晚和深夜两种模式(夜晚灯光状态全开深夜只保留基础功能),照明内消耗功率低;

  照明设计创新点


  1照明设计的思路的转变:依据建筑的设计逻辑,通过灯光语言,创作出独特的夜景形象,将建筑夜景融入到整个城市中去。巧妙设置空间的光影关系,塑造沉浸式情感体验。将海上明月打造成为情感式居住社区。
2照明实施节点的优化:借助幕墙预留开孔,桥借铝板后侧支撑龙骨,设置灯具安装槽,槽外用亚克力进行装饰封板,这样保证建筑外观白景下,将灯具完全隐藏,夜景下,灯光从槽内均匀照射,借助控制系统,形成海绵波光粼粼的感觉,真正地做到了建筑形象与光影融为一体。

  我司于2019年12月开始关于海上明月示范区项目售楼处建筑泛光设计工作,现阶段售楼处已投入使用,满足运营需求。
