　　项目简介

　　新建商合杭铁路芜湖长江公铁大桥项目是国家规划建设商丘~合肥~杭州铁路及芜湖城市跨江交通骨干网的重要组成部分，大桥位于已建芜湖长江大桥上游3.5公里芜湖市弋矶山附近，采用公铁合建桥梁方案，通行两线客运专线，两线市域轨道交通线、双向八车道城市主干路。 本工程为新建商丘至合肥至杭州铁路芜湖长江公铁大桥色彩涂装和夜景照明工程，设计范围为新建商合杭铁路芜湖长江公铁大桥(对应公路里程: K2+801. 290~K7+502. 678,线路全长4701. 39米)以及长江路立交(共12条匝道，总长6250.3米)，设计内容为色彩涂装和夜景照明工程。

　　照明技术指标

　　桥梁轮廓照明分为公路层轮廓、铁路层轮廓两部分。公路层轮廓:在正桥公路层.上、下游两侧公路桥面检修道栏杆外侧，采用40w RGB LED洗墙灯在钢梁段连续安装(每1米- -套)。洗亮公路层外侧轮廓。铁路层轮廓:在正桥铁路层上、下游两侧风嘴下部，采用36W点状RGB LED光源在钢梁段全线间隔约3.5米布置，远看成线，勾勒铁路层外侧轮廓。

The contour lighting of the bridge is divided into two parts: the contour of the highway layer and the contour of the railway layer. Highway layer outline: At the main bridge road layer. The outer side of the road bridge deck overhaul road railings on both the upstream and downstream sides, 40w RGB LED wall washers are used to continuously install the steel beam section (each 1 meter--set). Railway layer contour: At the lower part of the tuyere on both sides of the upper and downstream sides of the railway layer of the main bridge, 36W point-shaped RGB LED light sources are arranged at intervals of about 3.5 meters across the steel beam section, viewed as a line from a distance, to outline the outer contour of the railway layer.

　　节能措施及效果

　　(1）设计中在保证照明效果的前提下，通过控光尽量减少溢散光；合理设置平日、节日和深夜照明的不同模式，实现节能环保。 （2）灯具选用LED节能环保产品，在满足质量的前提下尽可能选择高光效的光源；选用配光合理、效率高的的灯具。 （3）选用节能型的电子镇流器，照明配电线路选择铜芯电缆。 以上方式产生了显著的节能效果，减少了用电量。

(1) In the design, under the premise of ensuring the lighting effect, the spilled light is minimized by light control; different modes of lighting on weekdays, festivals and late nights are set reasonably to achieve energy saving and environmental protection. (2) Use LED energy-saving and environmentally friendly products for lamps, and choose high-efficiency light sources as far as possible under the premise of satisfying quality; choose lamps with reasonable light distribution and high efficiency. (3) Choose energy-saving electronic ballasts, and choose copper-core cables for lighting distribution lines. The above methods have produced significant energy-saving effects and reduced power consumption.

　　照明设计创新点

　　所有LED灯具上需要人工接线的连接都应设置反极性保护及过压保护，防止安装连接过程中出现反极性或短路情况。 LED系统厂商应使用先进的LED分色过程技术保证色彩的统一性。 所有的LED灯具及电源/数据适配器都宜由同一厂商提供以保证其兼容性。 LED系统中所有涉及到安装和控制的产品，包括外围设备和软件都宜由同一厂商提供。

All connections that require manual wiring on LED lamps should be equipped with reverse polarity protection and overvoltage protection to prevent reverse polarity or short circuit during installation and connection. LED system manufacturers should use advanced LED color separation process technology to ensure color uniformity. All LED lamps and power/data adapters should be provided by the same manufacturer to ensure their compatibility. All products related to installation and control in the LED system, including peripheral equipment and software, should be provided by the same manufacturer.
