　　龟山是凤鸣公园是一座以龟山自然山体为主景的开放式园林公园，规划设计充分发挥龟山的山体优势，以运动、休闲为主旨，强调自然、生态，以树木、花草、竹林等自然植物为主要景观元素，辅以喷泉、流水、亭、台、楼榭等人工景点为节点，登山步道、运动设计、运动场地等户外健身设施分布于林间、草地、山坡、平台，为人们提供了一个环境优美、空气清新、鸟语花香、绿树成荫的生态型健身运动休闲处所。
