项目位于济宁市高新区，崇文大道北，商业部分充分考虑城市形象和活力，通过起伏的天际线展现良好的城市界面。通过引进智能平台和科创企业，打造开放共享的多元办公，营造人文交流，艺术内核的复合空间。

　　节能措施及效果

1.本项目均采用LED灯具，灯具采用高效芯片达到灯具的高效节能。

2.灯带安装于U型玻璃后侧，防眩的同时提高光效的利用率。

　　照明设计创新点

灯光通过表现二层的悬挑与内收的一层交融，在视觉冲突中凸显建筑的漂浮之感。纯净的白色撞上稳重的深色，磨砂的质地与冷峻的现代建筑形成对比。白日，乳白色U型玻璃因阳光的变化投射不一样的光影；晚间，它在光照下产生美妙的漫反射，尤显轻盈浪漫，犹如空中成长的白色森林。
