照明设计采用节能型的光源和灯具，从根源上控制总耗电量，合理确定灯具安装位置，照射角度和遮光措施，避免了光污染。照明光色与建筑和所在区域的特征相协调，注重整体艺术效果，突出重点，兼顾一般，创造舒适和谐的夜间环境，并兼顾白天景观的视觉效果。

　　本项目是龙湖在天津生态园的一个展示区项目。在照明设计阶段与幕墙设计深入结合，确切把握灯具安装位置的每一个节点。在灯光的设计上仔细计算合理的灯具安装位置，主动向幕墙设计反提灯光节点需求，在最大限度做好泛光灯具隐藏的同时， 把灯具的照明光效发挥到最大，使照明设计方案在实际落地的过程中得到了完美的体现。本项目的夜景照明真正做到以灯光依托建筑结构，展现项目特色，为项目增光添彩而非喧宾夺主。

　　天津龙湖双珑原著项目（即生态城项目）夜景照明由沈阳新正和电子有限公司设计并施工，该项目于2020年10月15日完工，目运行情况良好，我公司对该项目效果总体满意。
