圣淘沙岛湾Prem住宅——新加坡

　　Sentosa Cove is a residential enclave in the East of Sentosa Island in Singapore, it is an exclusive oceanfront residential community with many extremely large houses and condominiums where the elite live and moor their yachts.

　　圣淘沙岛湾位于新加坡圣淘沙岛东部的飞地，它是一个专属海滨住宅社区，有许多非常大的房子和公寓，社会精英们住在这里，停泊着他们的游艇。

　　Our client is a discerning local businessman who wished to provide a family home for his wife and two teenage children, a home that would accommodate both modern and traditional ethnic values.

　　The main focus of the exterior of the building is a tower of light which it meant to act as a beacon and also as a stairway to heaven, this tower features two spiral staircases one inside that accesses all floors and one outside which goes to the second level. The centre core and steps were lit using amber LED fittings whilst the special detail of 80 small “candles” in holders that are mounted in the trellis were lit using fibre optic and a specially modified illuminator to give the effect of candles flickering.

　　建筑外观主要的焦点集中于一个灯塔，作为一个灯塔，同时也是一个通往天国的阶梯，灯塔有两个螺旋楼梯，一个室内的楼梯通往所有的楼层，另一个室外的楼梯通往二楼。中心和楼梯区域使用了琥珀LED灯具来点亮，并在格子间放置了80个特别精致的小“蜡烛”，使用光纤和特别改装的照明器具创造了烛光闪烁的效果。

　　LED Lighting was used extensively in this project in certain areas, primarily the landscape, the swimming pool, the children’s rooms and the family room. Nearly all landscape lighting is using LED due to the long periods of time it is in use. The swimming pool is using colour changing LEDs for Mood Lighting and all corridors have marker lights. The children’s rooms were given different treatments with one room (the daughter’s) using specially adapted RBWW LEDs for ambient light whilst her photographic artwork used WW LEDs so as not to fade the pictures. The son’s room on the other hand has a Barrisol wall and ceiling completely lit using LED to create the moods that he requires for writing and playing music as he is a musician. The family room also uses a huge curved Barisol ceiling which is backlit using hundreds of RGB LED tubes to create any mood or animation that the family wish.

　　LED照明被广泛应用于这个项目的某些区域，包括主要的景观，游泳池，儿童房和客厅等。几乎所有的景观照明都采用了LED，由于它可以长时间使用。游泳池使用了变色LED照明，所有的走廊都设置了标识灯。儿童房分别给予了不同的照明解决方案，女儿的房间使用了特别改装RBWW LED，为她的摄影作品提供了环境光，以免使照片褪色。另外，儿子的房间有Barrisol墙壁和天花板，他作为一个音乐家，灯光需要创造适合他写作和玩音乐的气氛。客厅部分有一个巨大的弧形Barisol天花板，采用了数以百计的RGB LED背光管，可以营造家庭所希望有的任何气氛和动画效果。
