【阿拉丁】深圳证券交易所幕墙灯光建筑照明

摘要:深圳有着许多高层塔楼:但都显得既奢侈又不够引入注目。绝大多数的建筑照明都只是一种装饰形式。注重装饰但又不够醒目的立面导致一系列的表面肤浅的效果,而非成为应有的优雅的城市夜景。深交所广场位于新城市中心的最显要位置,树立着整个城市的榜样。与一般的装饰不同,深交所大楼以简洁的方式突出建筑形式和立面材料,轻松而又优雅的展示自身的独特性。

  SSE FACADE LIGHTING  02 MARCH 2009

  深圳

  深圳有着许多高层塔楼:但都显得既奢侈又不够引入注目。绝大多数的建筑照明都只是一种装饰形式。注重装饰但又不够醒目的立面导致一系列的表面肤浅的效果,而非成为应有的优雅的城市夜景。

  深交所广场位于新城市中心的最显要位置,树立着整个城市的榜样。与一般的装饰不同,深交所大楼以简洁的方式突出建筑形式和立面材料,轻松而又优雅的展示自身的独特性。

  SHENZHEN

  The city of Shenzhen has many towers: both extravagant and unremarkable. Most buildings in Shenzhen use lighting as a form of decoration. The attempt at decorating an unremarkable facade results in a series of shalllow spectacular gestures that disturb what could be an elegant night-time cityscape.

  The position of The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Square within the new city center is of critical importance. SZSE sets an example for the city. Rather than follow a decorative model, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange simply highlights its unique architectural forms and facade materials. SZSE projects its identity with ease and elegance.

  LIGHTING PROPOSAL

  Design Principles:

  The Shenzhen Stock Exchange is composed of two elements:

  a vertical (tower) and a horizontal (podium). The exterior lighting proposal reinforces the unique architecture of these

  two distinct forms.

  1) Vertical + Horizontal

  2) Structure in Silhouette

  抬升裙楼的照明突出裙楼在夜间充满能量的结构。

  抬升裙楼的照明作为信息播放的载体,将市场的活动和状态向城市进行虚拟化的投射。

  中厅的照明加强了抬升裙楼漂浮的效果。

  HORIZONTAL:

  The horizontal element (Podium) highlights the robust structure of the podium at night.

  The podium lighting projects the virtual activities and moods of the market to city as a broadcast box of information.

  The atrium lighting enhances the fl oating effect of thelifted podium.

  横向的:

  上市庆典:晚间八层以欢迎的姿态变化颜色

  8层是深交所的公共楼层。上市大厅举办各公司上市仪式,国际会议中心和讲堂承载各种公共活动。

  为了上市公司的重要性得以更好的广播,在上市仪式前一晚和后一晚,整个8层采用一条红色灯带照明。上市仪式往往在清晨举行,在冬季此时天还未亮,因此8层的红色照明使庆典清晰可见。

  HORIZONTAL:

  Listing Ceremony: Color change occurs on 8th fl oor the night before as a welcoming.

  The 8th fl oor is the public fl oor of SSE. Companies are listed on this fl oor within the Listing Hall, public events are held within the International Conference Center and Lecture Hall.

  In order to broadcast the importance of a company being listed to the city the entire 8th fl oor is illuminated with a red band of light. This could occur the night before or the night after a listing ceremony. Listing ceremonies are often done early in the morning, in the winter it can still be dark out at this time so the red illumination on the 8th fl oor could be visible during the ceremony itself.

  During holidays, festivals, and special occasions the intention is to create a subtle red glow at the base of the podium facade. This would differ from everyday and listing ceremony lighting in a subtle way.

  For further effects the red illumination can gradually change in intensity by dimming the luminaires. This could create an effect where the red or white light gradually pulses on or off.

  节日:抬升裙楼颜色随外加的裙楼底部照明而变。

  在节日或特定假期,目的是在抬升裙楼立面营造一种微妙的红色发光效果。在2009年1月12日的提交中,红色的节日照明仅限于抬升裙楼立面,现在已扩展为包括群楼底部周边颜色变化的附加效果。

  通过调节灯具红色照明可以逐渐变化强度,从而营造出红光和白光逐渐交替变化脉搏跳动的效果。

  HORIZONTAL:

  Holiday: Podium color changes with additional red soffi t illumination.

  During holidays, festivals, and special occasions the intention is to create a subtle red glow at the base of the podium facade. This would differ from everyday and listing ceremony lighting in a subtle way. In the design submitted presented January 12th 2009 the red festival lighting was limited to the surface of the podium facade, it has now been expnded to include color change at the perimeter of the soffi t for additional effect.

  For further effects the red illumination can gradually change in intensity by dimming the luminaires. This could create an effect where the red or white light gradually pulses on or off.[NT:PAGE]

  抬升裙楼的建模和照明光学测量是依据目前深圳夜晚天空而定。研究表明:我们于2009年1月12日提交中的单管LED灯具不足以单独照明立面。尽管添加更多灯具可以实现效果,但也会带来巨大造价提升。

  CALCULATION & DETAIL:

  The podium was modeled and the illumination was measured photometrically using existing light values in the Shenzhen night sky. The study found that the single tube LED luminaires we proposed in our January 12th 2009 submission would not be powerful enough to illuminate the facade alone. While it is possible to add luminaires this would result in a signifi cant cost increase.

  Fluorescent luminaires are more powerful than LED luminaires by an approximate factor of ten.

  The luminaires are installed on the substructure supporting the patterned glass facade of the podium. Each luminaire has two fl uorescent tubes that allow color change between white light and red light.

  玻璃熔快研究:

  抬升裙楼立面是根据提议的实际的荧光灯灯具规范建模和测试的。三种不同的半透明熔块又不同的印花玻璃构成:

  GLASS FRIT STUDIES:

  The podium facade was modeled and tested with specifi cations from the actual fl uorescent luminaires proposed. Three different translucent frit types were modeled with the patterned glass:

  1) Patterned glass with 50% translucent frit

  2) Patterned glass with 25% translucent frit

  3) Patterned glass with no frit

  The 50% translucent frit was selected in order to increase the amount of light diffusing on the patterned glass. The effect is the appearance of a brighter podium facade than with no frit.

  抬升裙楼底部:计算

  抬升裙楼底部有两种灯光。

  1)灯光由广场反射

  2)灯光结合抬升裙楼底部的中庭四周和裙楼四周射灯照向广场的行人区, 大量的灯光反射到抬升裙楼底部,营造出大量的环境光。

  提议增加照明在裙楼底部的中庭四周和裙楼四周,目的是赋予裙楼底部一种轻盈感,仿佛它被下面的灯光抬升起来。

  SOFFIT: CALCULATION

  Two types of lighting are present on the podium soffi t:

  1) Light that is refl ected from the plaza

  2) Light integrated into the soffi t at the perimeter of the atrium and podium.

  Spot lights direct light to pedestrians on the plaza, a signifi cant amount of this light is refl ected back onto the surface of the podium soffi t, creating a signifi cant amount of ambient light.

  Additional illumination is proposed within the soffi t itself at the perimeter of the atrium and podium. The intent is to give the sofft a sense of lightness, as though it has been lifted by illumination underneath.

  裙楼底部照明与裙楼底部表皮体系结合,安装在位于裙楼底部印花玻璃后的支撑结构上。裙楼底部本身是可到达维修的。一些底部板块安装于铰链上,以便于从立面维护设备下直接进入。

  Soffi t lighting is integrated into the soffi t cladding system and mounted to the sub-structure behind the patterned glass of the soffi t. The soffit itself is accessible for maintenance. A number of soffi t panels are mounted on hinges to allow for direct access from below via facade

  VERTICAL:

  The tower lighting highlights the unique structural tower grid in contrast to the surrounding curtain wall buildings in the central business district.

  The lighting is intended to create a noble presence for the tower.

  Generally, the light should be white and refl ect SZSE’s serious professional attitude while contrasting with more colorful podium lighting.

  塔楼的建模和照明测量依据光学计算。研究表明:

  选用的PHILIPS BCS719 36xLED-LXN/RGB 60 DMX灯具可以充分的照明塔楼间隔。随后整体的照明效果由物理模型测试。需指出:灯具未根据细部图纸安装,而是简单的放置于模型之上来测试效果。外部效果与模型相似,但内部照明效果会不同。

  灯具本身安装于125毫米宽可移动玻璃后。目的是玻璃板可移动并钩住和密封。清除密封剂以抬起玻璃板并换灯具。LED灯具可以使用至10年,根据环境条件和使用频率而异。

  CALCULATION & DETAIL:

  The tower was modeled and the illumination was measured photometrically. The study found that the fi xture selected, a PHILIPS BCS719 36xLED-LXN/RGB 60 DMX, would suffi ciently illuminate the tower bay. The general effect of the luminaire was then tested in a physical mock-up. It should be noted the luminaire was not installed according to detailed drawings, but simply placed on the mock-up in order to test illumination effects. The external appearance would be similar to the mock-up, but the internal effect of the luminaire on the occupants would be different.

  The luminaire itself is located behind a 125mm wide removable glass panel. The intention is that the glass panel is removable and is hooked into place and sealed. The sealant would be removed in order to lift the panel and replace the fi xure. LED fi xtures can last as long as 10 years depending on environmental conditions and frequency of use.

  塔楼照明视线

  视线研究综合考虑到塔楼照明和室内眩光的因素。

  每个灯具置于塔楼各窗格的底部。每个灯具都有可调节光学透镜可将光集中在开口处并避开室内的人视线。光学透镜调节光柱到10度。由于这个位置,灯具本身几乎从室内视线中消失。当人站在靠近立面的位置,灯具完全被水平窗框屏蔽。

  TOWER LIGHTING SIGHTLINES

  Sightlines were studied for the tower lighting with respect to glare concerns on the inside of the building. Each luminaire is located in a small slot at the base of each tower bay. Each luminaire has an adjustable optic lense that focuses the light on the opening and away from occupants inside the building. The optic adjusts the beam of light to 10 degrees. Given its location, the luminaire itself is barely from the inside at a distance. When standing close to the facade the luminaire is completely blocked by the horizontal mullion.

  节能:

  塔楼的每层独立控制, 使运营能够减少能源消耗的30 %或50 % ,同时仍保持塔楼视觉性。塔楼灯光全开的能耗大概:143.5KW:

  ENERGY CONSERVATION:

  Each fl oor of the tower is controlled independently, allowing the operator to reduce energy consumption by 30% or 50% while still maintaining the visual presence of the tower. When all of the tower lighting is on the approximate total energy use for the tower alone is 143.5 KW:

  Number of window openings: 2208 x 65W / Unit = Total: 143.5 KW.

  Additionally, the luminaires are dimable, giving more fl exibility in further reducing energy consumption while maintaining the luminous presence of the tower.

  广场&中庭照明:

  夜晚的广场创造出一块光的画布,同时为行人营造出欢迎空间。射灯安置于抬升裙楼底部和中庭空间。光学模型的照度计算表明安全有效的照明水平。

  PLAZA & ATRIUM LIGHTING:

  The plaza at night is intended to be a canvas for light, while creating a welcoming space for pedestrians. Flood lights are located within the Podium Soffi t and Atrium spaces. The photometric model light calculations indicate safe and effective light levels.

  玻璃天桥照明:

  玻璃天桥包括一定数量的微型LED灯具,安装于天桥的框架和扶手。扶手上的灯光具备足够的安全水平供人行走。框架上的灯光增加照明水平和效果。

  GLASS BRIDGE LIGHTING:

  The glass bridge contains a number of micro LED luminaires integrated into the mullions and handrails of the glass bridge. The light from the handrails is at safe enough levels to allow walking. The light integrated into the mullions adds levels of light but is primarily for effect. The additional illumination can be turned on for listing ceremonies, festivals, and special events.

  附录:照明方案

  APPENDIX: LIGHTING OPTIONS

  动感桁架照明:

  根据客户的要求,我们准备了一个动感桁架照明方案。目的是使沿着三角桁架的灯光产生动态效果。

  效果图表现了完全照明条件下的抬升裙楼结构桁架。OMA不推荐这一方案出于两个概念性原因:

  1)我们的概念是通过塔楼,抬升裙楼和底层采光天井的结构化作连续剪影以凸显大楼的建筑气质。

  但是这一提案是将结构照亮,与我们的将结构剪影化的方案相反。

  2)我们对深圳的批判在于大多数建筑照明作为一种装饰形式。这种装饰性照明则成为建筑不引人注目的一种借口。而深交所新大楼由于其独特的建筑品质完全有可能为今后的城市发展树立榜样。

  DYNAMIC TRUSS LIGHTING

  Per client request we have preapared an option with dynamic truss lighting. The intention is that the illumination is dynamic along the trusses and fl ows across the diagonals. The rendering shows the trusses of the podium in a fully illuminated condition. OMA does not recommend this proposal for two conceptual reasons:

  1) Our concept is to highlight the architecture of the building by consistently placing the structure in silhouette for tower, podium and atrium. This proposal works against our concept by illuminating the very structure we intend to highlight in silhouette.

  2) Our critique of Shenzhen is that most buildings use lighting as a form of decoration. This decorative lighting is often used as an excuse for unremarkable architecture. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange is unique due to the qualities of its architecture, it has the potential to set an example for the rest of the city.

  Additionally, in order to achieve a substantial light effect the trusses had to be panted white, instead of dark charcoal grey. This would reduce the strong presence of the trusses during the day.
