| 特点：设备主要适用于铝裸线、裸铜线以及钢芯铝绞线的扇形导体，圆形导体紧压绞制，拉拔紧压绞制铜线及单芯预成形紧压等电力电缆线芯的绞合。线盘分装在绞笼的四周成四等分，中心轴不受线盘重量的负载，故设备刚性强度高，整体性能好，转动惯性量小，运行速度高。该设备牵引传动采用36级变速牙箱传动，双主动双牵引装置，分线轮采用自然分线，避免成缆线在绞合过程中擦伤。设备采用目前最为先进的断线停车装置，可直接控制到每个线盘，任意一个线盘断线时主机自然紧停。确保断线后的补线，特别适用于电力电缆及高紧压大的交联电缆的生产。 | ||
| Main feature:The machine is suitable for stranding bare aluminium,copper,aluminium alloy,aluminium cable steel reinforcing wires produce the folling power cables :sector shaped conductors round compacted single core prespiralled.Reels are arrange quartering around the cages.The two central shaft does not support the weight of reels .the equipment has high rigidity ,high-powered ,low moment of inertial ,high speed.It is driven by 36-stage gear-box. the two wheels of the double wheel capstan are overhung position supported on shafts .One wheel is straight and the other is inclined postion arranged to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out.Each reel is equipped with an advanced broken wire detector,allowing to stop the machine automatically in case of broken wire ,the machine is especially suitable for manufacturing power cable and cross-linked cable | ||
