SEC-500AD-V高速喷射机是一种快速、高精度全自动点胶设备。可一次性同时点涂多个产品，而且适用涂布多样化材料，广泛应用于各种高粘度胶、表面贴装胶、环氧、UV导电银浆、IC 封装胶、底部填充胶、密封胶、表面涂敷胶等各类胶粘剂的可控流量、高速度的精密点胶作业。全封闭的结构设计加上Y轴载物台主动伸出配合玻璃门的自动升降，在方便取放产品的同时达到静音的效果。
Featured by fast speed and high precision, SEC-500AD-V can dispense multiple pcs product at the same time. It can dispense with various material such as surface-mount adhesive, epoxy, UV conductive silver adhesive, IC encapsulation adhesive, underfill adhesive, sealant, surface coating adhesive, etc. The fully enclosed structure, automatic stretch of Y axis, automatic lifting of the glass door makes it convenient to place the product with little noise.
配备了本公司自主研发的产品SEC-9600喷射阀.是专门针对非接触式喷射点胶，速度快、点胶精度高、可在不同的环境下工作点胶，喷胶频率最高可达到250次/秒；喷射动力强劲，可处理粘度高达至200，000mPas的胶水。 机器采用智能温控系统，能有效地控制胶水温度；专门配备的伺服平台，机器运动更快速更精准更稳定。
SEC-9600 is designed for fast and high-precision non-contact spray dispensing. It can dispense in various environment with spray frequency as high as 250 times/s. Strong spray dispensing power can deal with glue with viscosity of 200000mPas. Intelligent temperature control system makes sure effective control of the glue temperature. Special equipped servo platform makes sure fast speed, high precision, and stability.
