有机硅电子灌封胶
◎产品说明 PRODUCTS
电子电器灌封胶系列产品一般为双组分液体包装，充分混合后，产品将固化成柔性弹性体，对敏感电路和电子元器件进行长期有效的保护。产品具有中性、无腐蚀、固化速率快的特点，可深度固化。产品可起到对电子线路的防护，如防潮、防污染等，并消除热压力和机械压力对电子线路和敏感器件的不良影响。
同时，整体灌封包覆的电子元器件，可以方便地取出进行局部修复，修复部位灌封固化后，不影响整体外观及性能。
之江的有机硅灌封材料主要可以分为三大类：
※缩合型灌封材料，材料在固化时有副产物产生，不适用于灌封在全封闭的容器中；
※加成型灌封材料，可室温或加热固化，可用于密闭环境下固化；
※凝胶状灌封材料，非常柔软，具有极低的应力，固化后可形成软垫缓冲、自动合拢、 弹性的胶体。
Silicones encapsulant commonly with two-parts package would cured to elastic rubber after good mixture and could extend long term effective protection to sensitive circuit. Such products have fast curing speed and non exothermic with homogenious cure. Electronics ciucuit could be protected against humid or stains and stress free.
Zhijiang’s silicone encapsulant could be divided into：
Condensation type encapsulant, byproducts occurred, not suitable for full closed containers;
Addition type encapsulant, room temperature or heated curing, used for closed environments;
Gel-like encapsulant, very soft, very low stress, soft cushion for impact, self-coalesce and elastic gel.

用于电子消费类产品上，如手机、音乐图像储存播放产品等；
可用于太阳能光伏组件以及接线控制器灌封等，
在电源充电器，汽车电子，通讯设施等方面均可使用。

◎技术指标（供参考）TECHNICAL DATAS
注：测试条件为温度23~25℃，相对湿度50±5%下固化7天。表中数据仅供参考，请以实测数据为准。
◎操作及安全 SAFETY AND APPLICATIONS
产品为双组份包装，A组分/B组分（主剂/固化剂），混合比例按重量为1:1（加成型）或10:1（缩合型）。为了确保填料的均匀分布，组分 A和组分 B 在混合前必须各自进行彻底搅拌。为了达到最好的固化效果，需要使用玻璃或金属制的搅拌设备。搅拌时尽量保持平稳以防止混入过量的空气。如果还存有气泡，真空脱泡进行处理。
A，B组分充分混合后，混合物将固化成为一种柔性弹性体，对电气/电子元器件应用进行保护。双组份固化时不放热，并且固化速度均匀，适用的工作温度从-45 °C到 200°C。
The products are packed in two components. One for Part A (Base) and another for Part B (curing agents), Mixing ratio according to weight or volume percentage is 1:1 or 10:1. In order to get the best mixing effects, use glassware or metal-made mixing tools. Keep stable mixing to avoid air bulb. Evacuate the paste before use if air bulb formed.
◎颜色及包装 SAFETY AND PACKAGE
通常，有机硅灌封胶以净重为1、5、20和200公斤容器包装。
Silicone encapsulants are packed in 1, 5, 20 Kilograms.
◎储存及有效期 STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
属于非危险品，请储存于温度在27℃以下的阴凉干燥处，有效期为9个月
It has 9 months usable life from the date of manufacture. Stored under cool and dry place.
