HEEBER LightingCo., Ltd ensures 3 years warranty for most products to purchasers and 5 yearswarranty for LED Panel, LED Tube & LED Down Light against manufacturingdefects in material or workmanship.
“WarrantyPeriod” will begin at the date of original Product purchase from either HEEBERLighting Co., Ltd, or an authorized HEEBER Lighting Co., Ltd Distributor.HEEBER Lighting Co., Ltd will repair or replace product covered under this warranty.
Only HEEBERLighting Co., Ltd manufactured products may be returned through HEEBER LightingCo., Ltd. HEEBER Lighting Co., Ltd warranty is further conditioned and willonly apply to HEEBER Lighting Co., Ltd products that are properly installed. Thisincludes wiring and connection to proper approved components and productworking environments. This Warranty is void and does not apply to products thatfail as a result of neglect, mistake, misuse, alteration, or that is improperlyinstalled and implemented. Installation and usage of HEEBER Lighting Co., Ltdproducts should only be completed in association and complete knowledge of allnecessary and related codes, standards and instructions of installation. It isthe responsibility of the purchaser to obtain all necessary approvals and tounderstand the product’s
intended useand all relevant instructions, recommendations, and guidelines for the properinstallation and use.
WarrantyCompensation will be based on evidences that clients provided such us defectedproducts pictures. On the basis of negotiation, if it is urgent for use, HEEBERLighting Co., Ltd will provide new replacement firstly, but then defectedproducts must be sent back to us for allowing our inspection and research tofind the real reason of product defect. What is not covered under this LimitedWarranty is defects of any kind caused or created by improper installation ofany kind; damaged caused during shipping to purchaser or beyond; “acts ofNature.”
HEEBERLighting Co., Ltd will not cover additional labor costs or Warranty such laborassociated with replacement product. This Warranty document represents the onlyexpress or implied Warrant
