The salt spray testing machine tests the corrosion resistance of various products, including coating, electroplating, inorganic and organic film, cathodic treatment, antirust oil and other anticorrosive treatments.

技术及工艺创新要点：

1、采用自动加水系统，水位不足时能自动补充水位之功能，试验不中断；

2、精密玻璃喷嘴（PYREX）雾气扩散均匀，并自然落于试片，并保证无结晶盐阻塞；

3、附双重超温保护，水位不足警示，确保使用安全；

4、温度控制器使用数字显示，PID控制温度，误差±0。1℃；

5、试验室采用蒸气直接加温方式，升温度速度快且均匀，减少待机时间

6、喷雾塔附锥形分散器，具导向雾气，调节雾量及均匀落雾量等功能；

7、饱合空气桶采用享利定律，于以加热加温，并提供试验室所需之湿度;

8、采用全侦测系统，故障发生时可亮灯显示。

7. Henrys law is adopted for the saturated air barrel to heat and provide the huity required by the laboratory;

8. Adopt the full detection system, which can light up when the fault occurs.
