直流电源柜相较于交流配电柜的区别，就是改交流供电为直流供电。三相交流电流入直流电源柜，经内部整流模块整流后转换为240V的直流电，远供到LED灯具端，灯具端的DC-DC驱动电源将直流电转换为恒流源为LED供电，同时该电源柜具有通讯调光功能，采用曼彻斯特编码通讯，直流电源柜直接与DC-DC电源通讯，实现智能调光。

Compared with the traditional LED lighting system. The main difference is power supple. Three-phase Alternating Current flows into the DCPower Supply Cabinet, is converted into 240V Direct Current after the internal rectifier. The drivers of LED luminaires convert the high voltage to applicable voltage, and provide power for LED luminaires. The system can dim luminaires with Manchester Code communication via DC power supply cabinet sends commands to drivers automatically.

技术及工艺创新要点：

直流悬浮输出，避免单级触电，降低触电风险，系统实时监测线缆绝缘情况；

将传统照明中驱动电源的AC-DC和DC-DC两部分分离，地面电源柜负责集中处理AC-DC的工作，灯具侧仅保留稳定的DC-DC单元；

直流电源柜落地安装，故障维修仅在地面作业；

整流模块支持热插拔，不断电维护；

采用曼彻斯特编码通讯，利用直流输电线缆传输信号，信号可靠传输，DC-DC驱动电源内置通讯单元，无需单灯控制器。

Separate the AC-DC part the total LED driver, and this part is managed at ground in power cabinet. The DC-DC part is retained in the lamp.

Landing installation, can be repaired at the ground if goes wrong;

Rectifier supports to be hot-swappable, can be repaired without cutting off the electricity.

Using Manchester code communication, using the cable of DC to transport the signal reliably, DC-DC driverhas communication unit, doesn’t need a single lamp controller.

杭州大江东江东一路：夏季多暴雨，道路积水，灯杆漏电，极易造成触电事故，改交流供电为直流供电，提高用电的安全性，避免阴雨天气，路灯漏电而带来的触电风险，保证行人的生命安全。

重庆龙塘立交：高杆灯较高，一旦电源故障，维护相当不便，采用直流供电方案，提高灯头上电源的可靠性，降低维护成本。

重庆中央森林公园：原方案调光控制不稳定，常出现白天亮灯的情况，采用直流供电系统曼彻斯特编码通讯调光，调光信号传输稳定可靠，避免出现调光不稳定或白天亮灯的情况。

山东德州：该项目地处商贸街，商贩及居民较多，改用直流供电后，有效杜绝周围商贩及居民偷电问题。

四川攀西高速：高速公路各个收费站间距20km左右，沿途监控摄像机取电困难，采用交流供电，线损大，线缆成本高，采用高压直流供电，提高供电电压到280Vdc，可解决远距离供电传输线损大的问题，节约线缆成本。

杭州京杭大运河：景观照明灯具种类多，供电回路复杂，线缆接头较多，并且景区游人较多，存在较大的漏电安全隐患，采用直流供电方案，输出正负不接地，不与大地构成回路，人体触摸其中一根线缆不会触电，为古老的运河保驾护航。

Dajiangdong in Hangzhou: Change the AC power to the DC power, improve the safety of electricity and avoid the electronic shocking at the rainy day.

Longtang overpass in Chongqing: The lamp is very high, once the driver is broken, it will be a big trouble to repair. Using the DC Power Supply System will improve the reliability of drivers in the lamp and reduce the cost of maintain.

Panxi expressway in Sichuan: The distant between two tolls is about 20km，it’s too far to use electricity for monitors. Besides, the cost of cables is very high. The DC Power Supply System provides 280Vdc voltage, it can solve both problems above.

Grand Canal in Hangzhou: there are varies of landscape lighting, and the circuit and cables are very complex, so there are many risks. Using the DC Power Supply System can avoid these risks.
