综合介绍或申报理由:

纳米PSS尺寸更小,加工技术要求更高,图形底宽和间隙都达到纳米级,可用于Micro LED新一代的显示技术,可得到更高亮度,发光效率的产品,并且能耗更低。

纳米PSS适合用于UVC LED制作,能够提升UVC LED芯片的功率和性能,使UVC LED能够在杀菌、消毒领域得到更广泛有效的利用。

目前我公司是唯一一家能够实现产品化的厂家

与国内外同类产品或同类技术的比较情况:

目前市场上均为大尺寸蓝宝石图形化衬底,相较于大尺寸图形NPSS的分辨率,图形的均匀性要求更高,目前可实现产品化的NPSS目前只有我们一家。
