1、打点材料不受限制，浇筑亚克力，挤压亚克力，MS，PS；
2、材料厚度不受限制,1.0mm，1.5mm，1.8mm，2.0mm，2.3mm，2.5mm，3.0mm等，用薄的材料代替厚的材料，可节省导光板成本；
3、导光板均匀度可达95%，导光板一致性好，不良率可低至3‰；
4、网点直径最小可达0.05mm，用高透扩散板不透点；
5、打点速度不比振镜打点机慢，600幅面导光板约为1分半钟；
6、用2mm挤压板导光板的亮度不低于原来传统3mm浇铸板导光板亮度；
7、打点幅面可达1.9x1.2米，可以加工大尺寸异形导光板；
8、打点软件比传统振镜式的更简单，更容易学习操作；
9、设备结构更加简单，设备故障率更低。
