项目位于二道白河镇，是长白山保护开发区北坡的门户，具有独特的区位和资源优势，项目总投资12.66亿元人民币，建设用地面积为60公顷的产业园项目。项目与自然和谐共生，展示长白山特有的文化，一年四季给多元群体提供多姿多彩的体验，通过对景观和建筑的塑造，与夜间景观亮化效果相结合，凸显出整体产业园独特观赏效果，来展示长白山特有的自然和人文景观。

节能措施及效果
本次照明设计全部采用 LED 灯产品，LED 产品光效高、耗电少，寿命长、易控制、免维护、安全环保;是新一代固体冷光源，光色柔和、艳丽、丰富多彩、低损耗、低能耗，绿色环保。不降低照明质量的前提下，力求减少照明系统中光能的损失，从而最大限度的利用光能。 LED 灯是新一代照明光源。相比普通节能灯，LED 灯环保不含汞，可回收再利用，功率小，高光效，长寿命，即开即亮，耐频繁开关，光衰小，色彩丰富，可调光，变幻丰富。 采用高光效，低功耗寿命长色彩丰富的LED冷光源，高透光率小角度PMMA透镜，针对不同被照物体，选择不同的出光角度，有效的避免光源的浪费及眩光.改进灯具控制方式，采用分时段控制模式，科学设计避免不必要的用灯浪费。

项目实际运行评价
2020年07月全部调试完工，运行良好。所有灯具采用低能耗的LED灯带，灯具能耗低，使用寿命长；控制方式采用时控器控制，人工/自动切换方便，操作简单。
