  项目简介


红山6979项目坐落于龙华区深圳北站商务中心区,总建筑面积约348193㎡,商业组成约10万㎡,容积率≤1.77,绿化覆盖率40%。这座公园式的商业综合体,由美国LLA和SWA担纲建筑设计及景观设计,在建筑上,通过视觉以及环境内部之间的联系,与城市建立生活共识与文化认同,开放式的空间,与建筑巧妙交融,保留了不设上限的天空,阳光与空气,于此呈现不同的建筑感观。在景观上,公园景观大道,中心演绎广场,让生态与生活兼容;台地式绿化广场,自由阳光草坪,诠释恬淡意境;镜面水景、阅读台阶、裙楼花园,营造舒适高尚生活;演艺馆、美术馆、图书馆、展览馆零距离,致力于打造深圳新的文化艺术体验空间。

整个地块以低密度商业联结,具有非常好的空间层次与平面流线布局。公寓、办公、酒店等高层建筑都为50米高,各个建筑之间风格类似,但又有各自特色。
DASUN通过融合、友好、共生的照明设计理念实现建筑本身统一、对比、呼应的关系,共同呈现建筑立面灯光效果。内街围绕着下沉广场,低密度商业形成非常好的街巷氛围,同时相互联结的平台、桥梁也使空间更错落有致,运用室内外灯光结合提高一致性,更为融洽的光环境氛围,建筑立面的暖色灯光则柔和亲人,相互之间不同线条灯颜色变化调整人们的情绪,增加幸福感,展示红山6979的文化艺术灯光氛围,人们在内能形成友好的对话交流。

  照明技术指标


根据项目中建筑属性及功能,我们将其划分为四个亮度等级:第一级是展览馆和演艺馆,第二级是商业及地铁入口区域,第三级是办公塔楼,第四级是酒店和公寓。

本次设计均采用LED节能灯具

  节能措施及效果


本方案采用智能控制的方法,辅以自动、手动控制,并实行节假日模式、平常模式和午夜模式的分级控制手法。将整个照明系统通过智能模块和可编程控制面板,对每个回路的灯具进行控制。
主要有以下优势:
1、智能照明控制,采用低压二次小信号控制,控制功能强、方式多、范围广、自动化程度高。通过实现场景的预设置和记忆功能,操作时只需要按一下控制面板上的某一个键即可启动一个灯光场景(各照明回路不同的明暗搭配组合成一种灯光效果)各照明回路随即各自变化到相应的状态。
2、智能化控制系统可实现能源管理自动化,通过分布式网络,只需一台计算机即可实现对照明的管理。
3、智能照明系统由于使用自动化照明控制手段,减少了不必要的耗电开支;同时降低了相当的运行维护费用,智能照明控制系统比传统开关控制节点可达20%-50%以上。
4、智能照明控制系统,可将照明灯具上的光源经过调光模块控制和调整,因此电源质量较高,可以避免电网冲击电压和浪涌电压,因此,由于引入了软启动和软关断技术,可延长灯具寿命2-4倍。
5、智能照明系统是由模块连接负载,而控制面板与模块是用数据线连接,大大减少传统布线开支;同时,大功率模块均配备过载保护开关,完全可以取代传统的照明柜,不必增加额外开支,通过智能控制系统打造成一个美观、节能、绿色、环保的灯光工程。

5.
