城市照明是一种较为特别的用电设备,其特点是分布广,易受外力破坏。因此,当带电设备的绝缘破损时及下雨时,则路灯处于带电状态,人触摸或者走到路灯边积水时则会发生触电事故,惠州市城市照明管理处通过公开招标采购了广东正力通用电气有限公司230台ZLZ1113型路灯漏电监测终端设备,实现对供电线路的漏电实时监测、漏电过程全记录、漏电超标自动关闭漏电回路、重合闸管理等功能,实时发现线路漏电情况,保证用电安全,避免产生人身伤害,有效的防止触电事故的发生,产生极大的社会效益,从而进一步的提高城市的形象。

主要技术参数:

漏电监测终端具有:
(1)全天后候24小时 (开关灯均可)实时各条输出线路漏电监测;
(2)可自定义对监测线路进行命名;
(3)当监测线缆发生漏电故障时系统自动分析判断出线路所在方向;
(4)漏电报警模式:能够远程独立设定漏电报警值和漏电保护值;
(5)漏电跳闸保护方式:对照明线路漏电进行全自动的监测,漏电终端保护方式为本地保护,不能通过网络方式保护;
(6)漏电跳闸保护恢复 : 远程复位;
(7)可通过远程设置漏电监测和漏电保护的启/停
(8)漏电保护重合闸 : 远程设置自动重合闸,可支持设定多次重合闸次数;
(9)漏电流可远程查询及变化超限主动报警功能;
(10)漏电流超标自动关闭该条线路电源及主动报警功能。保证用电安全,避免产生人身伤害;
(11)当漏电监测终端主动报警或监控中心在遥测时发现有报警时,系统自动发出发出语音报警、自动存盘、显示线路方向,并能够以短消息将故障信息转移至指定的手机;
(12)监测数据黑匣子功能,漏电终端自动连续存储20天以上的漏电监测数据;
