　　项目简介

　　该项目为高端住宅，本次设计主要针对小区大门和售楼中心进行灯光设计，风格为气势恢宏的新中式建筑，利用夜景灯光赋予建筑琴、棋、书、画四大元素，打破传统中式建筑灯光表达手法，利用混色、撞色等方式，呈现独特新颖的夜景效果。
The project is a high-end residential building. This design mainly focuses on the lighting design of the gate and sales center of the community. The magnificent new Chinese style building uses the night lighting to endow the building with four elements: Piano, chess, calligraphy and painting. It breaks the traditional Chinese architectural lighting expression, and uses color mixing, color contrast and other ways to present a unique and novel night scene effect.

　　照明技术指标

　　1、采用OSRAM等知名品牌芯片，保证灯具寿命，减小光衰；
2、灯体采用优质铝材搭配3mm钢化玻璃，表面户外喷涂处理；
3、灯体全灌胶防水结构，水进水出设计，配合专业防水公母头，以保证户外长时间使用的防水要求；
4、透镜采用进口PC材料，透光率高达93%，对称及非对称配光选择，满足不同应用场景需求；
5、智能控制IC定电流驱动电路设计，高可靠度，保证LED超长寿命；
6、标准DMX控制协议，满足多种光源颜色方案，实现炫彩变化效果；
7、灯具采用橡胶线中间出线的方式，灯具底部线槽藏线，让灯具能串接更多，让施工安装更加简易便捷。

7. The lamp adopts the way of rubber wire outgoing in the dle, and the line is hidden in the bottom slot of the lamp, so that the lamp can be connected in series more, and the construction and installation is more simple and convenient.

　　节能措施及效果

　　通过对夜景细分回路设计、合理控制，首先设定必要的琴、棋、书、画组合效果，再进行平日模式、节日模式以及入夜模式和深夜模式的划分。既能满足预期创意设计效果，又能达到节约能源的目的。
Through the design and reasonable control of the night scene subdivision circuit, the necessary combination effects of piano, chess, calligraphy and painting are set first, and then the weekday mode, festival mode, night mode and late night mode are divided. It can not only meet the expected creative design effect, but also achieve the purpose of saving energy.

　　本案设计中，全部采用高效节能型LED产品，功率大小适中，控制灯具使用数量，细分回路，实现集中控制

　　项目实际运行评价

　　在满足客户对效果的需求的同时，充分考虑前期工程投入成本和后期运营成本问题，总体工程投入成本未超过60万。后期配合控制系统在实现预期效果的前提下，能耗大大降低，维护成本低维修及其方便。
While meeting the needs of customers for the effect, the investment cost of the early stage project and the later operation cost are fully considered, and the total project investment cost is less than 600000. On the premise of achieving the expected effect, the later cooperation control system can greatly reduce energy consumption, low maintenance cost and convenient maintenance.
